Denim shirt made in crispy 12.75 oz. dry black comfort stretch selvedge denim. The starch in the denim gives it its crispy hand and, most importantly, generates pronounced creases on the shirt when worn - allowing for some contrasting fades. The denim itself is woven on old school shuttle looms with yarns that have been yarn dyed. The shuttle looms interlace the yarns into the selvedge denim and the yarn dying keeps the core of the yarns white allowing the weave to fade beautifully - a slow process that reflects how denim was made back in the day. The finished denim has a clear twill structure which is nicely balanced by a slight slub character which with wear and washing will get more pronounced in a perfectly imperfect way.
Nudie Jeans is the Swedish denim brand that has been doing sustainability properly since before it was fashionable. Built on a commitment to organic cotton, transparent supply chains and a repair-first philosophy, every pair comes with free repairs for life. The jeans themselves are the real deal, too: raw, unwashed selvedge denim that ages beautifully and improves with every wear.
Made with at least 50% organic cotton. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, uses less water and emits less greenhouse gas than non-organic.'
