How to use: Apply mascara starting at the base of the lashes from underneath. Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to the tips. Bottom Lashes: If you are applying on the bottom lashes as well, try using the leftover mascara on the wand only, since a freshly prepped one can apply too much product.
