Cape-Effect Pleated Crepe De Chine Midi Dress

Valentino Garavani's dress opened the Spring '23 show, the fanned pleats moving beautifully as the model floated down the runway. It's made from monogrammed silk crepe de chine, which is twisted at the bodice before flowing to a '60s-style cape and midi hem.
