FRAME’s ‘The 1978’ jeans have a high-rise waist and wide-leg silhouette that nods to styles from the year they're named after. They’re cut from regenerated and recycled cotton - the former eliminates use of toxic fertilizers and pesticides, while the latter is made from pre- and post-consumer waste, requiring less water and energy.
It all started with one good pair of jeans – Le Skinny de Jeanne. The super-flattering style was soon spotted on supermodels like Miranda Kerr and Karlie Kloss, and the brand blew up. Today, Frame Denim focuses on flawless design with a European aesthetic – the French “dressed up casual” has become the label’s DNA.
As the sustainable fashion movement gathers pace, we’re shining a light on the individual pieces with eco credentials, whether that’s lower-impact natural fabrics like linen, lyocell and organic cotton, recycled fibres, or more planet-friendly manufacturing techniques. If it’s greener, it’s here.
